Tuguegarao City – Another triumph is attributed to the School of Health and Allied Sciences (SHAS) of the University of Saint Louis (USL) for achieving 100% passing rate in the August 2016 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
