USL Elementary Department is a choice school for Science and Technology elementary education in a 21st century learning environment.

USL Elementary Department is committed to nurture learners anchored on the CICM missionary identity towards becoming CAPABLE Louisians.

Objectives
  1. Provide a curriculum that is Christ and learner-centered, value and context-based for the pursuit of 21st century education;
  2. Promote mastery of basic knowledge and skills anchored on Science & Technology and critical thinking;
  3. Develop communicative competent learners in the local and global community;
  4. Offer meaningful and challenging co-curricular experiences towards talents and skills development;
  5. Cultivate love and care for nature;
  6. Instill a deeper sense of nationalism.
