Atty. Yebra to USL graduates: Be bold in reaching your dreams

The University of Saint Louis’ April 2016 College and Graduate School Commencement Exercises Speaker was the 2009 No. 1 Bar topnotcher – and a USL High School alumnus.

Atty. Reinier Paul R. Yebra, LIM, is currently working as legal officer at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), a professorial lecturer at San Beda College of Law, and a former associate at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRA) Law Offices.

After graduating from the then Saint Louis College of Tuguegarao (SLCT) High School in 1997, he pursued his degree in B.A. Legal Management at University of Santo Tomas. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College of Law and his Master of Laws degree from Columbia University in New York.

A total of 1,006 college and graduate school graduates of school year 2015-2016 attended the 45th commencement exercises, along with the Faculty, Administration, and guests, last April 16, 2016 at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium.

In his message to the graduates, Atty. Yebra recounted how playful he was in his high school and college years but was eminently challenged when he was in San Beda, where he became the class valedictorian and editor-in-chief of the San Beda Law Journal.

He enthusiastically advised the graduates to go beyond what is expected from them and dare to be bold in reaching their dreams.
