The University Gymnasium (Ter Meer Gymnasium) is used for large meetings, conferences, convocations, symposia, programs, and other functions.

The Dean of Student Services in coordination with the VP for Finance, schedules its use on a first-come-first-served basis.  Requests should be forwarded a week before its use.  The Accounting Office approves the use of the facilities like chairs, tables, microphones, etc.

The reservation form stating the date, time and materials needed must be duly signed by the head of organization, the adviser and must be noted by the Principal.

The parties concerned, who after reaching an agreement, should request for a re-scheduling of their activities, should emergencies and conflicts arise.

The use of the gym is also open to the larger community upon approval of the University President.  A reasonable fee is charged for cost of maintenance.
