Mimeographing Room

Mimeographing service is available to the faculty, student body, and campus personnel upon request through the Accounting Office.

All materials to be mimeographed are subject to the approval of the Principal. Three school days are ordinarily required before any request can be finished.

Postal Service

The postal service serves students and personnel. It is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is supervised by a postmaster employed by the government.

Maintenance & Janitorial Services

The school hires skilled workers to work for the general maintenance of school physical plant. They also help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness in the Campus. However, the general good keeping of the orderliness and cleanliness of the physical plant is a duty of every Louisian. The cleaning of the classrooms and the assigned KKP areas is a responsibility of each class. Students should respect and obey maintenance personnel who are also considered as authorities in the school.

Security Services

The school hires the service of a security agency to keep the security in the campus and to help in enforcing the rules and regulations of the school. Students should also respect and obey the security guards for they are considered as authorities.
