Five (5) Louisian graduates delivered outstanding results in various national licensure examinations held this year, further proving that the University of Saint Louis is home to exceptional and top-notch students.
Civil Engineering graduates, Archigine Agleham Labrador and Francis Taguinod Verbo, made it to the top ten of the National Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers held in May 2022. Engr. Labrador placed first with a rating of 93.95%, while Engr. Verbo ranked eighth with a rating of 92.20%.
Electronics engineering graduate Alyanna Mari Beran Ochoa topped not only one but two examinations, landing in eight place in the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination and third place in the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination with a rating of 87.10% and 87%, respectively.
Aaron Ed Joseph Cabaddu Acuña also garnered the tenth spot with an average of 88.5% during the September 2022 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination. He finished his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree at USL, graduating as a cum laude.
Further, Mr. Christian Bosch Taylan, a Political Science faculty member, emerged as a top performer in the June 2022 Civil Service Exam Professional Level. The BS Political Science alumnus and former Editor-in-Chief of The Louisian Courier (USL’s Collegiate Publication) scored 95.48%, placing him in Rank 4 nationwide out of the 109,228 examinees.
The University of Saint Louis also proved its excellence in the geodetic field as it ranked 2nd in the 2022 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination with an institutional rate of 95.24%. First timers inked a 100% passing rate, while retakers marked 85.71%.
