University services are designed to meet the unique educational needs of regularly enrolled students with disabilities. The objective of the University is to be an environment that encourages independence and assists students in realizing their academic potential, and to facilitate the elimination barriers.

The University caters to the needs of deaf-mute pupils, through the Learning Center for the Hearing Impaired. The University also has begun to accept visually impaired students.
