USL launches Project TITSER

After the successful implementation of previous pedagogical interventions for faculty and students, the Office of the VP for Academics launched Project TITSER on the occasion of the Academic Seminar held last Aug. 22, 2019 at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo.

Project TITSER stands for Tenured Teacher Inspiring Temporary Teacher towards Sustained, Enhanced, and Rewarding educational experience.

This project was conceived by Dr. Emmanuel James P. Pattaguan, VP for Academics, for mutual benefit and cooperation among teachers by establishing a mentor-mentee relationship among the tenured and probationary ones.

The project also aims at the development of expert faculty with the inspiration and modelling of tenured teachers in light of the University thrust on expert building.

During the launching, Dr. Liza Empedrad, OIC dean of the School of Education, Arts and Sciences (SEAS) and University registrar, led the other deans and the faculty to an oath of support to the program.
