We Light! We Shine! With black clouds covering the sky, a plethora of lights stretched on the road and illuminated the City as the University of Saint Louis once again conducted the Festival of Lights as part of its celebration of the 58th founding anniversary.

Each department had their showdown performance near the University belt.
