PAASCU grants re-accreditation to USL-Elem

The Elementary program of the University of Saint Louis recently obtained its Level II re-accreditation from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU).

Six categories, including faculty, administration, curricular programming and teaching, instructional media program, student services, and facilities were evaluated as part of a virtual resurvey visit on October 20–21, 2022.

As a result, the USL Elementary program has been re-accredited for five years, valid through November 2027, and is now eligible to apply for Level III accreditation.

The program was accredited by the team of Mr. Marc Hernandez, PAASCU Commission on Elementary Education Chair; Dr. Ma. Corazon Reyes from Miriam College; Ms. Rowena Ayta from Colegio San Agustin; Mr. Jan Joelson Surot from the Immaculate Conception Academy of Manila; Mr. Jose Antonio Salvador from Ateneo de Manila University; and Ms. Marjorie Raneses from Marist School.

PAASCU is a service organization that accredits, or quality assures academic programs of its member schools and does institutional accreditation.
