The Louisian community came together on December 30, 2022, for the blessing and inauguration ceremony of the University of Saint Louis’ new campus.
The new site, called the Bishop Constant Jurgens Campus (BCJC), is located in Brgy. Leonarda, Tuguegarao City. It will house the majority of the School of Accountancy, Business, and Hospitality (SABH), which will be used beginning in January 2023.
A motorcade and ribbon-cutting activity commenced the event, which was followed by a mass in dedication of the Saint Aloysius Chapel presided over by Most Rev. Ricardo L. Baccay, D.D., Archbishop of Tuguegarao.
In his homily, he underlined the newly built chapel as a constant reminder of an identity that traces the roots of God and does not isolate but is a church that reaches out.

Rev. Fr. Renillo H. Sta Ana, CICM, University President, remarked that the new academic building at BCJC provides all the amenities needed by students and employees. The building houses classrooms, laboratories, comfort rooms, offices, a clinic, a canteen, a library, and the Saint Aloysius Chapel, among other amenities.
He also relayed his gratitude to the Louisian community for their unwavering support for the university’s growth. “This is just the beginning of the new chapter of the University of Saint Louis. This will mark the beginning of the global future of USL. You, who are here, will continue pursuing that future. Let us have that one Louisian heart to build the one Louisian dream.”
